1 lb lean hamburger or deer
1/3 tsp Tenderquick salt
2/3 tsp non-iodized salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp red pepper, plus a pinch
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp molasses

Mix and add 1/4 cup water to this. Spread thinly in tin foil-lined cookie sheet.

Brush with liquid smoke and place in oven at lowest temp for 2 hours.
