2 C sugar
4 C diced apples
2 eggs
2 C flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 C white sugar
3 T flour
3/4 C water
6 T butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & apples together till sugar is dissolved. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat thoroughly; pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° for 35-40mins.

Topping
Mix together sugar, flour & water. Cook till clear. Add butter & vanilla and pour over hot cake.
