One bag of heavy tortilla chips (scoops), 1 1/2 half packages of chopped frozen onions, 1/2 c. of mayo, two 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheeses, 5 oz. grated parmesan cheese, 5 oz. grated romano cheese

Directions:
Run the onions under hot water to defrost them and then pat dry, so the dip is not too runny. Mix all together and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
