Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake cake according to package. When cooled, poke holes throughout cake using a chopstick or fork (chopsticks better). Mix jello powder with 1 and 1/4 cups of 7-up soda. Pour mixture evenly over top of cake allowing it to "soak" through the holes you made. Put in refrigerator to cool and set for 4 hours. Spread cool whip over top and serve cool.

Variations---
Try mixing the cool whip with the fruit of the flavored jello you used and spread that on top.
ie.) If you use orange jello, chop and drain some mandarin oranges and mix it with the cool whip. Strawberry jello?strawberries!... and so on. As long as the fruit are drained well and you think the fruit will mix well with the cool whip.
