Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Package of Oreo cookies
Foil cupcake liners
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese---softened
2 boxes of Chocolate pudding mix
16 oz. of Coolwhip(or any brand whipped cream in a tub)---you may need more depending on your taste.
Milk to mix pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out foil liners on even work surface. Place 1 Oreo cookie centered on the bottom of each liner. Combine cream cheese with 8oz. of coolwhip and mix well. Spoon mixture onto each cookie; filling each liner about half way. Prepare pudding with milk according to the pie instructions on the box so it is slightly thicker than regular pudding. Pour pudding over cream cheese in each liner until liner is filled just below the top. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours to allow mixtures to set. When ready to serve, put one last dallop of coolwhip on the top of each cup.

Variations--
1. Instead of using the cookie on the bottom of liners. You can crush/chop the cookies, lay evenly on the bottom of a 9x11 cake pan and drizzle melted butter over the crust until all portions are covered with butter evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes then set aside to let cool. Layer the mixtures over this crust like you would in the liners and let refrigerate. Spread last layer of whipped cream on top just before serving. Cut and Serve.
2. You can use more whipped cream with the cream cheese if you like the filling more light and creamy or even add some powdered sugar to the mixture to sweeten it to your liking, and of course you can always add as much whipped cream on the top as you would like. Just be sure to get more than 16 oz. of whipped cream before you start.
