4 T Butter
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 C Pineapple Wedges
1 C Broken Nut Meats
1 1/4 C Flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Shortening
1 Egg
1/2 C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking pan at medium heat. (Pie Pan). Add brown sugar. arrange pineapple and nuts in bottom of pan in nice pattern. Sift together dry ingredients and add shortening. Add egg well beaten with milk,and vanila. to flour mixture and beat for 1 minute on slow spead. Pour over fruit in baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350. Turn upside down on baking dish
