2 lbs yellow squash
1 t salt
1 t Accent
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c milk
1 c cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash thin, cook and mash. Add eggs and milk and salt. Melt butter, blend with crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º in greased baking dish x 30 min.

I bet you can omit the Accent. This is good even if you don't like squash
