1 1/2 c. half and half
1 lb. bacon
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup rated swiss cheese
(optional: frz pkg chopped spinach)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Drain and spread in pie shell. Beat eggs and seasonings, stir in cream and cheese then pout in pie shell. Bake at 400º for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Optional: add 1 box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of all moisture.
