5 lbs chicken thighs, deboned
1 cup miso
1 cup shoyu
1 cup beer
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine miso,shoyu, beer and sugar. Saok chicken in mixture for several hours or overnight. BBQ over hibachi or broil in the oven. May also be baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
