1 16oz box mochiko
1 cup Bisquick
4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp allspice or cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups oil
3 tsp vanilla extract
5 eggs
3 cups bananas, ripe & mashed
1 cup walnuts or unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup raisins (optional)

Combine first six ingredients in large mixing bowl. Separately mix oil and vanilla and add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and mix together until batter is well blended. Stir in bananas, nuts and raisins. Pour into 4 greased loaf pans (8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches). Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes before putting in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (when inserted knife comes out clean).
