1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 T. sugar
1 T. salt
375 ml milk

Directions:
Mix together. Sit in fridge. Mix again. Stir with wisk. Warm griddle to 350-375. Cook like a pancake.

Toppings: Cinnamon & sugar, pie filling, Nutella (German choc. Thing, by jams)
Spread topping & roll crepe up.
