1 lb. ground beef
c. uncooked rice
c. minced onion or less
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
c. milk

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Shape into meatballs.
Brown in large frying pan. Choose choice of sauce.
(BBQ, sweet & sour, or spaghetti sauce)
Add a little bit of water to the sauce if it is too thick. Pour over cooked meatballs.
Cover & simmer for 25-30 minutes.
**Serve over rice
