4 thin butterfly pork chops
Italian Flavored Bread crumbs
2 eggs
milk
lemon
capers
white wine

Directions:

PREHEAT OVEN at 325
Beat eggs in low dish with a splash of milk - dip chops in milk then bread set aside - repeat (double dip)

heat olive oil and butter (not too much) in frying pan - lightly brown chops - after they are browned add one cup of white wine and squeeze lots of lemon on them add capers to taste

place on baking dish - sqeeze more lemon - bake at 325 for about 20 minutes!
serve with garlic roasted mashed potatoes and broccolli or serve with oven roasted red pot's with rosemary and asparagus
put wedge of lemon on plate ... dress with capers
