2 cups uncooked rice
1 lb sausage
onions, chopped, bell pepper chopped, celery chopped
mushrooms (optional)
pimetoes
giblets
garlic
salt
pepper
poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets until tender, set aside to cool, cook rice. Cook in same skillet sausage, garlic, bell pepper, onions, celery, mushrooms and pimentoes. Mix together with rice and giblets, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste.
