3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Brandy (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except brandy) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer till cranberries pop and begin to form a sauce, about 5 - 8 min. Stir in brandy. Cool. Chill if desired.
