3 lbs stew beef or beef round steak, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 C. raisins
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled & sliced
1 C. diced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1- 14oz. can beef broth
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, unpeeled, & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a med. sized bowl, mix flour and curry powder.
Add beef cubes to bowl and coat beef with flower mixture.
Turn contents of the bowl into crock pot. Add garlic, raisins,
peeled sliced apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Pour in
broth and stir to blend.Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
30 minutes before serving, stir in chopped apples.
Serve over fluffy rice.
