8 pcs chicken breast, boneless & skinless
2 lbs broccoli flowerettes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic (cut in quarters)
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces in pan with garlic and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream and pan drippings.
Put 1/2 of the soup mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Layer broccoli evenly over surface of soup mixture. Place chicken pieces on top of broccoli, pour rest of soup mixture over the top of the chicken. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
Optional: 1/2 hour before done, remove from oven and top with bread crumbs and/or grated cheese. Return to oven for remaining time. Note: this recipe can be made in a slow cooker.
