1 1kg package frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup french or catalina salad dressing
1 sm head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
1 sm bunch broccoli, broken into small pieces
1/2 doz stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped (use red, yellow or
whatever if you choose)
Dressing:
2 cups mayo (amt depends on amount of veggies)
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp Chervil
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen veggies until just tender, drain, while still hot pour french dressing over the vegetables.(about 1 cup per large bag) Chill. Add chopped raw veggies to marinated vegetables. *drain surplus marinade if still a lot in bowl. Add Dressing, mix. garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley if desired. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours before serving to let flavors meld.
