1 cup sugar
2 cups plain flour
2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 egg yolk - beaten
1 egg white slightly beaten
1 cup pecans - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Add cinnamon & egg yolk. Work in flour and press dough on cookie sheet and spread. Cover completely with pecans, then spread egg whites over top. Bake at 325 - 350º for 15-20 minutes. Cut while hot.
