Box of Lasagna noodles (good quality Ronzoni or better)
5 – 6 cups spaghetti sauce (home made)
2 lbs. very lean ground beef
4 cups Ricotta Cheese (part skim)
4 cups coarsely graded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated cheese
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef over medium high heat until
no pink remains. Drain all fat through colander by pressing with spoon. Set aside.
Get pan for lasagna and spray with Pam. Spread enough spaghetti sauce in bottom
of pan to cover lightly. In large mixing bowl mix Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella cheese,
½ cup grated cheese and ½ cup spaghetti sauce and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Take rest of sauce and Mix in ground beef. Time to assemble. Lay noodles in pan
top with spoonfuls of cheese mixture every 2 inches. Spread cheese with frosting
spreader if available. Put noodles and top of cheese layer and top
off with the sauce & meat mixture, another layer of noodles & repeat cheese
instructions. Another layer of noodles and
finish with meat and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes then bake uncovered for 15 minutes. until bubbling.
Let set about 10 minutes before serving
