1 tsp. Ginger root, freshly grated
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 pound asparagus, washed and trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat broiler.
Combine ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Place asparagus on a broiler pan,cookie sheet or bar pan, in a single layer.
Drizzle ginger mixture over asparagus evenly.
Broil until asparagus is cooked through and tips begin to brown, about 5-8 minutes.
