1 cup margarine softened
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
6 very ripe bananas
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sour cream(can use lite)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º Lightly grease 2- 9x5 loaf pans.In a large bowl cream together margarine,sugar and eggs. Stir in mashed bananas,and vanilla. Sift flour,baking soda and cocoa. Mix well then blend in sour cream and chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake in preheated oven for 50-60 min. or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
