3 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. Granny Smith Apples (peel half the apples and cut all into 1/2 inch pieces)
4 oz. dried apple rings or pieces (coarsely chopped)
1 bag = 12oz. Frozen cranberries (thawed)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
11/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven @ 350º.
Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add apples (fresh & dried), cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally until apples are tender (approx. 8 mins.). Add sugar, cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in flour and lemon juice.
Pour mixture into baking dish and bake approximately 20-30 minutes @ 350º. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes.
