1 Can Salmon
1 Egg
1 C Soft Bread Crumbs
1 C. Grated Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
1/4 C. finely chopped celery
1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
1 T. Onion Minced
1 T. Lemon Juice
Milk to 3/4 C. including salmon liquid.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove bones and skin from fish. Flake and mix with all ingredients. Turn into pan lined and greased with foil. Mix 1/4 c fine crumbs an 1 T. oleo. Sprinkle over top. Bake 350º for 50 minutes. Serve with egg sauce which is just a cream sauce made with mik, flour and margarine thickened and add cut up hard boiled eggs. Same thing as Eggs-A-La Goldenrod!!
