1 (21/2 to 3 lb) frying chicken cut up
1/4 Cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TBSP. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 beef bouillion cube
1/2 Cup hot water
1 (40z) can mushrooms
1 (15 0z) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce with Tomato Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Coat washed chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper: brown in Wesson oil in skillet. Add garlic. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water: add to skillet along with mushrooms and Hunt's Tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is tender.
