5 or 6 Burrito sized tortillas
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. fancy shredded cheddar cheese
1 4 oz. can diced black olives
2 4 oz. cans chopped green chili peppers
1 bunch of green onions (use your discretion)
½ tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the softened cream cheese and the sour cream. After blending those together, mix in the black olives, chili peppers, garlic and snipped green onion.

On each tortilla spread a thin layer of the mixture and cover with cheese. Roll from the edge. Place ina plastic bag or roll in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Cut each tortilla into 1 inch pieces, discarding the end pieces. Place on a plate or cookie sheet. Cover and refrigerate until served.
