2 tbsp shoyu
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto (optional)
2 tbsp crushed seasame seed
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1 large minced clove garlic

1/3 cup flour
3 eggs slightly beaten

Combine beef with seasoning and mix well. Form into thin patties. Dip first in flour, then in egg, again in flour and finally in egg. Pan fry in small amount of hot oil.
