14 oz. (about 50-55) light carmels
1/3 C evaporated milk
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3/4 C melted butter or margarine
1 C chopped nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in heavy saucepan, first 2 ingredients. Cook over low heat until melted. Keep warm. Combine remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. By hand, stir dough together. Press 1/2 dough into 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 º for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust and spread carmel mix over all. Crumble reserved dough over carmel mix. Bake @ 350 º for 15-20 minutes.
