1 cup of oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (pecan or walnut)
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of coconuts
1/4 cup of honey
pinch of soda
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

preheat oven to 350º F. Add all ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and back for 10-12 minutes. Cool and remove from cookie sheet. Pour a big glass of milk and enjoy!
