2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup potato water

Directions:
Chill well, then add 1-1/2 cup flour. Roll thin and bake on a griddle at 400º

Serve plain or with either brown or white sugar and roll up.....with cinnamon and butter!
