1 box Devil's food cake mix
1-3.4 oz. package instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegtable oil
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1-6 oz package of milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

In a large bowl combined cake and pudding mixes. Add 3 eggs, oil and water to cake & pudding mixture. In another bowl beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and the remaining egg. When cream cheese, sugar and egg are well blended fold in chocolate chips. Pour approximately 1/2 of the cake mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Carefully spoon cream cheese mixture over cake mix in pan, layering the dessert. Then finish with the left over cake mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. When warm finish by lightly sprinkling 2 tablespoons of sugar over the entire cake.
