Ingredients:  
1 -- 8 oz pkg buttermilk refrigerator biscuits
butter (softened)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Flatten each biscuit into 4" round. Spread with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Fold in half, twish and place on cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Drizzle with glaze: 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla and a bit of milk or water.
