2 to 2 1/2 lbs. salmon fillet
1/2 stick butter
4 T. honey
dijon mustard or honey mustard
bread crumbs
chopped pecans
fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Spread slightly softened butter on top of salmon. Then spread the honey on top also. Next spread an even layer of dijon mustard (be sure not to over do it with the mustard, a little bit gives a lot of flavor). Or you can use honey mustard and for go the 4T. of honey. Add the bread crumbs, chopped pecans, and chopped parsley to the top of salmon and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until flakes.
