Boneless skinless chicken breast,
Sugar,
Brown sugar,
garlic cloves,
ginger(whole),
water,
No forget the SHOYU!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together equal parts of water, shoyu and white/brown
sugar mix. Make sure it is completely dissolved. Add a few
cloves of garlic (peeled) and crushed ginger. Put in large pot
and heat at a little above Medium. Add chicken breast and
cover
pot. Let cook
for about 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let
simmer until ready to eat....the longer it's on the stove the
softer the chicken!
