Ingredients:  
1 pkg. frozen pork, shrimp or chicken Pot Stickers (gyoza)
3 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 bunch chopped scallions
2 T. oyster sauce
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
Bok Choy chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 c. julienned carrots
1 tsp. sesame oil
splash of rice vinegar
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in oil, add broth, bok choy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and carrots. Cook until bok choy is tender, add pot stickers, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sugar. Continue cooking until the pot stickers are ready. About 8 minutes. Serve topped with scallions.
