about 6 medium potatoes
olive oil and margarine
garlic salt
pepper
dill

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice into chunks or circles whichever you prefer.
Add about a T. of oil and a T of margarine to your fry pan.
Add potatoes and season with garlic, pepper and dill to your liking. About a T. of each .
Cook until soft and some are crispy on the outside.
Drain on a paper towel.
Takes about 30-45 minutes.
