1 # hamburger
1 egg (beatened)
3 slices bread
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp oregano
pepper to taste
water

Barbeque Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. white vinegar
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to bread till very moist. Let set a few minutes - squeeze out moisture with hand - add rest of ingredients and mix. make into tiny balls and brown.
Mix all the ingredients for Barbeque sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Make the day before!

Then combine just before serving, Heat slowly!
