2 pkgs Jimmy Deans Sausage
2 c. crutons seasoned
2 c . sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Topping:
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk



Directions:
Directions:
Brown Sausage - grease 9x13 pyrex pan. Place curtons on bottom - add cheese and sausage, pour egg and milk over - refrigerate over night.

Mix 1 can mushrooms, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk, pour over top.

Bake 1 1/2 hours @ 350º

Note: when baking place pyrex pan on an cushion air cookie sheet to prevent crust from burning!
