3 whole boneless/skinless chicken breasts (or 8 skinless/
boneless thighs)
1 egg beaten
3 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
3/4 cup butter or margarine melted
1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/2 pound mushrooms sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg mixed with 1 tsp. garlic, salt and pepper.
Coast with mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and 1
tsp. garlic. Place in greased, shallow baking pan. Mix butter, 1
tsp. garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Drizzle half of butter mixture
over chicken. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Spread
mushrooms on top of chicken; pour over remaining melted
butter; return to oven for 10 more minutes, or until chicken is
tender.
