4 6-8 oz. Salmon filet
1C Panko
1/4C Furikake(norikomi)
Sauce
2T Roux (1T Butter + 1T Flour)
2C Heavy Cream
3T Mae Ploy's Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan or pot. Add flour and incorporate both until light brown in color. Add heavy cream and heat on medium heat to slight boil. Add sweet chili sauce, mix and remove from heat.Mix together panko and furikake in pie pan or shallow dish. Coat salmon generously on both sides and saute in oiled pan on med. high heat. About 4-6 mins. per side or until nice golden crust is formed. Remove to plate and top w/ sauce.
