2 c. apples
2 T flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanille
1 c. sour cream
1 pie shell

Topping:
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
cut in 1/4 c. cold margarine
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into 9" pie shell.
Bake at 450º - 20 minutes
reduce to 350º for 20 minutes
Add topping and bake 20 minutes more.
