2 BOXES UNCLE BENS WILD RICE BLEND

1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

1 16 OZ CONTAINER OF SOUR CREAM

1 LG. CAN OF DURKEE FRENCH FRIED ONIONS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º IN A 9 X 13 INCH NON- STICK PAN POUR RICE AND SEASONING INTO THE PAN. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER. CUBE CHICKEN BREAST AND LAYER OVER THE RICE. NEXT MIX SOUR CREAM AND CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP AND POUR OVER THE CHICKEN. COVER TIGHTLY WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 1 HR. AND 15 MINUTES. TAKE OFF FOIL AND COVER WITH ENTIRE CAN OF FRIED ONIONS. PUT BACK INTO THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL ONIONS ARE NICE AND BROWN. LET STAND FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
