Olive oil
Lemon juice
2 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp paprika
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Roasting Chicken
8 small red potatoes (new potatoes) halved
6-8 carrots cut into chunks
1 large white onion cut into chunks (or 2 medium onions)
half a stick of butter cut into pats and same number of bay leaves.

Directions:
Make cuts into breast of chicken and push butter and bay leaves into the slits. Rub Olive oil and lemon juice onto the chicken then rub the spices into the skin of the chicken. Place chicken in a 9X13 baking dish and place vegetables around the chicken. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle spices over vegetables. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hrs. uncover and bake 1 hr longer or until juices run clear.

For Turkey omit the lemon juice and add basil to the spices. Cook in a Reynolds Cooking Bag according to directions on box.
