1 small box or 1/2 a large box of Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 package of frozen broccoli, cooked
1 Box minute rice, cooked
1/4 cup butter
Garlic, salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet combine milk, soups, cheese, butter and seasonings and cook until creamy. Add rice and broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour into a large casserole dish and top with chicken breast.
Cook at 350º for about 1 hour or until chicken is done
