1 bag of lettuce (romaine hearts preferred)
1 bunch of green onions, green tops diced
1 can of diced black olives
1 jar of pepperocini
1 pkg of feta cheese
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced cucumber
1 sliced red/orange/yellow pepper
kalamati olives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp of sugar
season to taste with black pepper, greek seasoning, oregano, and rosemary

In a large salad bowl mix lettuce, green onions, diced black olives, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato. Sprinkle seasonings on and pour on olive oil and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and add any increase of seasoning (including sugar and lemon juice). Lay pepperocini's on top of salad.
