Graham Crackers
1 tin Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 6 oz. package raspberry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 package frozen raspberries
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the jello, boiling water and frozen
raspberries. Refrigerate until thick and partially set.

In a 9 in. X 9 in. pan, arrange a single layer of graham
crackers. Mix together the Eagle Brand milk, egg and
lemon juice until smooth. Spread on top of the wafers.

Add a second layer of graham crackers. Spread the
raspberry jello mixture over the second layer and
refrigerate until completely set.

Cut into 9 -12 pieces. Serve topped with whipped
cream.
