1 pkg (16 oz) Flavorite Angel Food Cake Mix, follow package directions

Directions:
Put into a 9 x 13 pan. DO NOT grease pan.

Toast coconut in oven on cookie sheet. Watch carefully as it browns fast.

Frosting:

1 cup cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 TBSP corn starch

Mix:

Cook until thick in microwave for 3-1/2 minutes. Cool. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut.
