2 cups of diced potatoes
2/3 cup rice
1/2 cup chopped onions
6 cups water
1-1/2 tsp salt
Dill
pepper corns

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, rice, onion, water, dill, peppercorns, and salt until tender. About 20 minutes.

Then beat 2 eggs and 1/2 cup cream together. Add to soup just until heated. Also add 1-1/2 TBSP vinegar.
