1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c.fine dry bred crumbs
1 medium onion, grated
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 T salad oil
2 cans tomato soup (101/2 oz)
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meats together with bread crumbs, grated onion, slightly beaten eggs, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls. Heat salad oil, add meat balls and cook over low heat until brown. Add tomato soup and water. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for 1 1/4 hours stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream at last minute. Heat and serve.
