1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
3 extra-ripe bananas (small to medium)
2 eggs
2 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add bananas and eggs. Into this mixture add all dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pans and bake. This is delicious served warm with a tall glass of milk! Spread a little butter on it. Yum!

Set oven for 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan(s).
